How It Works
Step 1: Complete all details in the Client Assessment Form truthfully without any omissions.
Step 2: Visit the Booking Calendar to book your consultation as per the available date and time, completing all fields. Upon review we will provide you an Initial Consultation Agreement to sign electronically and return via e-mail to adrian@ajmcanadian.com.
Step 3: Receive the signed agreement, complete payment online and attend the online consultation as per your booking request.
Complete Assessment Form
Complete all details truthfully without any omissions. The initial information provided will be used in your assessment.
Book Consultation
Please book a consultation as per the available date and time. Review, sign and return via e-mail the Initial Consultation Agreement.
Make Payment
Receive the signed consultation agreement, complete payment online and attend the online consultation as per booking.
